Procedure for commissioning a portrait:

-Submit a description of details of the portrait using the form provided below

-Your request will be evaluated and you will receive a price quotation based upon size, medium, number of subjects depicted and complexity of background.

-Upon agreement to proceed, a deposit of 1/3 the total price is required to secure a place in the studio schedule

-Framing, shipping and other expenses are not included in the price of the artwork, and will be itemized separately

-Payment of the remaining portion of fees is due prior to delivery of the finished portrait

-Photographic reference may be used in the creation of your portrait; not all client-supplied photos are suitable, however. The artist will evaluate whether the photo meets the criteria for acceptable photoreference.

-Framing crafted in-studio is available for an additional fee, or a referral to other sources can be arranged.
